For All Patients
Every visit we ask that you please bring your prescription glasses (even if you choose not to wear them), any
prescribed or over-the-counter eyedrops that you use or have used in the past, and a list of all your current medications.
If you are thinking of updating your contact
lens prescription, please bring your current
contact lenses, box and case.At the end of your exam, your doctor will explain the findings and make recommendations to help maintain the health of your eyes.
They will address any concerns and take time to answer questions.
The entire staff believes excellent customer service and personalized care are an essential part of any eye exam.
For New Patients
Please plan on 60 to 90 minutes for your first exam which, in most cases, will include dilation. Dilating drops
will cause your near vision to be blurry for
several hours, will cause you to be sensitive to light,
and will cause your pupils to be larger than
normal. Please bring sunglasses with you or we can provide you with disposable ones. To
expedite the check-in process, new patients can download and complete
the Health Questionaire and bring it to their appointment.
